At SVS MedAesthetics our priority is patient safety and satisfaction. To ensure a smooth process please ensure that you have read and fully understand the following terms and conditions prior to any booking, consultation, or appointment. By proceeding to book an appointment you agree to these terms and conditions.

SVS MedAesthetics Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time as necessary.


1. Booking Policy

1.1. General

– 1.1.1. Clients must be of 18 years of age or older to receive treatment, a valid form of ID must be presented at the first consultation appointment.

– 1.1.2. All clients are required to provide their contact details to secure a booking.

– 1.1.3. All clients are required to complete a Medical History form prior to or at their first appointment, this is for client safety and to ensure a personalised approach to treatment. SVS MedAesthetics will not be liable for any damages incurred or any complications because of inaccurate medical histories, incomplete medical disclosures, or failure to follow required precautions, or after care and follow up care. Clients are obligated to inform us of all previous treatments received.

– 1.1.4. We reserve the right to refuse our service.

1.2. Consultation Process

– 1.2.1. All new clients are required to have a consultation appointment prior to any treatment. All questions and concerns will be addressed at this visit.

– 1.2.2. Consultations are £30, which are non-refundable and non-redeemable under any conditions.

– 1.2.3. All anti-wrinkle concern consultations must be carried out face to face, by the prescribing physician, prior to initial treatment and every 6 months after.

– 1.2.4. Treatment is not recommended on the first visit, to allow an adequate cooling off period, but may be provided if the patient and practitioner deem suitable.

– 1.2.5. During consultation we will fully assess your suitability for treatment, your expectations, and the likelihood for success, prior to any treatment being carried out. Our findings and recommendations will be fully discussed with you at the consultation and a bespoke treatment plan will be created and agreed on. Please note that we may make recommendations to changes to the treatment plan as we see fit in the client’s best interest.

– 1.2.6. Refusal of Treatment

– 1.2.6.1. If we deem treatment is not suitable for you for any reason, we will explain why and discuss with you further. You will be liable for the cost of the consultation.

– 1.2.6.2. Please note SVS MedAesthetics Ltd. reserves the right to refuse treatment if we feel treatment is not appropriate for you at any stage.

– 1.2.7. If you have any questions about your initial consultation please do not hesitate to contact the clinic.

1.3. Appointments

– 1.3.1. Appointments can be booked via text, WhatsApp, email, phone, or the online booking service.

– 1.3.2. Any client who brings a child under the age of 16 with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child. Failure to do so may result in the treatment being cancelled.

– 1.3.3. The payment of £30 for the initial consultation is due at the time of the appointment.

– 1.3.4. After the initial consultation appointment, a deposit of 50% of the cost of treatment for the next appointment being booked is required to secure the appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the treatment appointment.

2. Pricing and Payments

2.1. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without giving notice.

2.2. Prices quoted on the website or elsewhere are intended as a guide only and are not the final price, as each individual will require their own bespoke course of treatments based their personalised requirements and treatment plan.

2.3. Prices are subject to consultation and vary depending on each individual’s needs and tailored treatment plan. Any price quoted during consultation takes precedence over any prices quoted on the website or elsewhere.

2.4. We will inform you of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed to, including maintenance treatment, prior to any treatment being done.

2.5. Our fees do not include any additional services, procedures, appointments, medications, or products unless specifically stated in the agreed treatment plan.

2.6. We accept the following forms of payments: cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards and debit cards.

2.7. Treatment Packages

– 2.7.1. Courses of Treatments purchased as a package must be paid in full at the time of booking and prior to your first treatment or in agreed instalments.

– 2.7.2. All treatments in a package must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

– 2.7.3. All Courses of Treatments booked are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used as credit against other treatments. However, in the case of unforeseen medical reasons with an accompanying medical letter from your specialist or GP, we may be able to offer a partial refund or extension at our discretion. Any refund will be calculated deducting the full price of all treatments already received from the total paid.

2.8. Promotions

– 2.8.1. Special offers or discounted pricing quotes are valid until specified on offer, or for 3 months from the date of quotation only.

– 2.8.2. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd reserves the right to change the promotion or any part of it without notice.

– 2.8.3. Promotions may have separate terms and conditions applied to them that are not set out here.

– 2.8.4. Promotional offers may not be used in combination with any other offers or packages.

– 2.8.5. Promotional offers are subject to availability.

– 2.8.6. Promotional offers are subject to consultation and patient suitability for treatment.

2.9. Gift Vouchers

– 2.9.1. You will need to provide the gift voucher to be able to use it.

– 2.9.2. It must be used within the stated period of validity on the card.

– 2.9.3. Gift vouchers use is subject to consultation and client suitability. If client is unsuitable for treatment, the vouchers are transferable but not exchangeable for money.

2.10. Referrals Voucher – both the referring client and the client that has been referred receive a £20 voucher to use towards any skin treatment in the clinic. The referral voucher is valid for 3 months from the issue date. Only one voucher can be used per treatment or course of treatments.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. This cancellation policy is as a courtesy to both our practitioners and other clients.

3.2. We understand that appointments may need to be cancelled and rearranged for different reasons. If you cannot attend your appointment we ask that you please give the clinic as much notice as possible to rearrange an appointment. Please contact the clinic at minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel.

3.3. If you do not cancel prior to 48 hours before your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment without letting us know, your full deposit will be forfeited.

3.4. If the appointment missed is an initial consultation, a deposit of £30 would be required to secure another consultation appointment.

3.5. For appointments for courses of treatments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice the cancellation fee of £50 will be charged.

3.6. Cancellations and rescheduling appointments can be done via phone at 07484822786 or email at info@svsmedaesthetics.com. We cannot accept cancellations made via social media.

3.7. Late arrivals

3.7.1. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. We understand unexpected delays can happen and we try our best to accommodate late arrivals. However sometimes late arrivals cause disruption to other appointments. Please be aware that if you are late we cannot guarantee that your treatment can be performed. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment in some cases, which would result in the loss of your deposit and the need for a new deposit or a late fee charge at our discretion.

3.7.2. For an appointment which is part of a course of treatments, late arrivals will be charged the £50 fee.

3.8. We reserve the right to cancel appointments without prior arrangement at any time, should we need to cancel your appointment we will inform you at the earliest possible time. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

3.9. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible for your appointment to run late. We aim for this not to occur, but if there is any significant delay we will make every effort to inform you at the earliest possible time. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to appointments running late.

3.10. We reserve the right to decline further appointments if deemed appropriate.

4. Appointments

4.1. Please read and understand all pre-treatment advice and aftercare advice given to you prior to your appointment. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to discuss and clarify. Prior to your appointment you are responsible to prepare yourself for treatment by following all pre-treatment advice and protocols we have given you. Failure to comply with this advice may result in rescheduling of your appointment.

4.2. Please contact us if there are any changes to your medical history or changes to or any new medications, prior to your appointment as these may affect your treatment.

4.3. Please to not attend the clinic if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call us and we will advise you. Many treatments are contraindicated with certain conditions, for example cold sores or local skin infections.

4.4. Any adverse effects must be reported to us immediately, within 48 hours of your appointment.

4.5. Routine review appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments are offered as a courtesy 2-3 weeks after procedure. If you are unable to attend the review appointment within this timeframe no additional treatment or ‘top up’ can be provided after this period.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. We do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days we can offer you an exchange of treatment or product or offer you a credit note. This policy does not apply for treatments already carried out or on products which have been used or opened.

5.2. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on opened skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons.

5.3. If goods or products are damaged this must be reported to us within 24 hours for an exchange.

5.4. We do not offer refunds on any treatment carried out under any circumstances.

5.5. We do not offer free additional treatments. Additional changes or adjustments will be charged at full price and require the 50% deposit to secure the additional appointment.

5.6. We do not offer refunds on courses of treatment. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let us know immediately, before the end of your course of treatment.

5.7. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a timely cancellation, deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for use within 6 months. After 6 months SVS MedAesthetics Ltd reserves the right to withhold the deposit.

5.8. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

5.9. If you are unable to have treatment or complete a course of treatments due to unforeseen medical reasons, you would need to provide a medical letter from your specialist or GP with the reason. We may be able to offer a partial refund or extension period at our discretion. Any refund will be calculated deducting the full price of all treatments already received from the total paid. Any refunds will incur an admin fee of £50.

5.10. We do not tolerate any violence, verbal, or physical abuse, threatening or rude behaviour, towards staff, clients or members of the public. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if these lines are crossed and you will not receive any refund of deposits or fees.

5.11. We take all measures to provide excellent service, however we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results fall short of your expectations. As with any non-surgical aesthetic procedure, there is no guarantee of the outcome, and it is at the patient’s own risk these treatments are undertaken, this explanation is also is included in the consent process.

5.12. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd does not issue refunds for Acts of God. These are defined as an event outside of human control, including natural disasters and weather-related issues such as snow ice and floods for example, for which no one can be held responsible. If we choose to cancel a clinic due to an Act of God then we are not responsible for any loss resulting to the client as a result.

6. Treatment Disclaimer

At our aesthetics clinic, we strive to provide the best possible outcomes for all our clients. While many of our clients experience significant improvements in their appearance, it’s important to note that results from aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed, and individual results may vary. The effectiveness of treatments and the benefits experienced can vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to age, lifestyle, sun exposure, medical history, skin type, skin condition, metabolism, genetics, and adherence to post-treatment care protocols. Additionally, the severity of the condition being treated can also influence the results achieved.

6.1. Please be aware that your expectations and the realistic outcome may be different.

6.2. The effectiveness of treatment and longevity of results will vary from person to person. This is influenced by several factors as listed above.

6.3. All patients will be guided through a thorough consent process, explaining all aspects of treatment, treatment options, including no treatment, expected outcomes, possible benefits and risks and side effects of treatment. All questions will be answered to the patients satisfaction before proceeding with any treatment. The consent forms clearly state that there is no guarantee of a satisfactory or pleasing result. The consent forms cover the fact of possible adverse effects, and this is at the client’s own risk, SVS MedAesthetics will not be held accountable for adverse outcomes or permanent damage such as bleeding, bruising, infection, numbness, scarring, lumps or necrosis, this is not an exhaustive list.

6.4. Any adverse issues relating to treatments undertaken at SVS MedAesthetics Ltd needs to be reported and reviewed with a face-to-face review appointment within six weeks from the treatment date. We are not obligated to review patients who present more than three months after their treatment with us as we are unable to verify subsequent procedure history of the client.

6.5. Please note we may recommend a change in your treatment plan during your course of treatments to meet your requirements.

7. Personal Details

7.1. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.2. We will only collect personal information that is required and will only keep it for as long as necessary.

7.3. We will not share your details or discuss your treatment with any third party unless formally requested to. This information may be provided to other clinical organisations or medical individuals, but only in relation to ongoing medical care, at your consent.

7.4. You agree that SVS MedAesthetics Ltd can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with medical and cosmetic services and advice.

7.5. We will use your contact details to provide you with information connected to your treatments and bookings. We may contact you with occasional information concerning other services we may provide. Please specifically inform us if you do not wish to receive this information. Please inform us on the modes of communication you prefer. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

7.6. Clinical Photography. All our clients will be photographed for medical records and monitoring treatment progression. If you do not wish to be photographed we reserve the right to refuse treatment.

8. Liability

8.1. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd. Will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

8.2. It is the client’s responsibility to inform SVS MedAesthetics Ltd of all relevant medical details and history prior to each treatment. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose all details.

8.3. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by SVS MedAesthetics Ltd. regarding the before and after care of the treated areas.

9. Complications or Emergencies

9.1. In the event that a complication or emergency arises, it is the client’s responsibility to seek medical help or return to the clinic if possible, please note that the clinic is not open 24 hours.

9.2. All procedures and products carry risks of adverse effects and true complications which the client has consented to. SVS MedAesthetics Ltd will not be liable for any damage or loss due to the occurrence of a complication or emergency.

9.3. All clients are requested to contact us directly immediately should they experience any adverse effects or complications, and we will see you in clinic as soon as possible to review and decide on necessary steps. Should we feel that you need to be referred to the NHS we will inform you.

9.4. If you decide to treat a complication yourself through the NHS or privately please inform us. If you wish to be seen privately then this shall be at your own cost.

9.5. Please note that we will not be liable for and do not offer refunds for the occurrence of any side effect, including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, itching, tenderness, or rare complications, including but not limited to hypo/hyperpigmentation, infection, allergy, tissue injury, nerve injury, vascular injury, necrosis, or scarring.

10. Complaints

At SVS MedAesthetics we are committed to providing professional service and treating all clients fairly and with compassion. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with any part of your treatment journey you are entitled to log a complaint, either verbally or in writing. We aim to deal with all matters promptly and efficiently.
